How to make a return at SOBCZUK in a few simple steps?

 

• Information about withdrawal from the contract and product returns

  You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased products within 30 days of receiving them. You can inform us about your decision in any of the following ways:

  a. In writing to the address:

  b. Electronically, via email:

  After informing us about the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products at your own cost to the above address. Please include a completed return form in the package, such as the “return form” file. Remember to properly secure the goods for transportation to avoid damage. We would appreciate it if you could use the original protective packaging.

  A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the products or proof of their return have been received.
