How to file a complaint in our store?

  1. A complaint can be submitted by the Customer, for example:
    1. In writing, to the company's address: Sobczuk Leather Goods, Ul. Plac Sikoraskiego 8/1, 18-300 Zambrów, Poland.
    2. Electronically, via email: kontakt@sobczukbags.com;
    3. or by phone at the following number: + 48 723 686 127. We encourage you to use our complaint form.
  2. If you are preparing the complaint letter yourself, we recommend including the following details in the description:
    1. Order number;
    2. Information and circumstances regarding the issue, particularly the date when the non-compliance with the contract (defect) was discovered;
    3. Your preferred resolution for the complaint: exchange or repair;
    4. or, if these options are not possible or too burdensome as per the Consumer Rights Act, a refund or price reduction.
    5. Contact details of the person filing the complaint.
    6. Address where the item can potentially be picked up — this will help us process your complaint faster and more efficiently.
  3. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
