We encourage you to use our <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/15siWuK8aPiDGOlPX2HZk8zxRszhEu2C8?usp=sharing\"><strong>complaint form.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you are preparing the complaint letter yourself, we recommend including the following details in the description:\n<ol>\n<li>Order number;<\/li>\n<li>Information and circumstances regarding the issue, particularly the date when the non-compliance with the contract (defect) was discovered;<\/li>\n<li>Your preferred resolution for the complaint: exchange or repair;<\/li>\n<li>or, if these options are not possible or too burdensome as per the Consumer Rights Act, a refund or price reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Contact details of the person filing the complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Address where the item can potentially be picked up \u2014 this will help us process your complaint faster and more efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Want to learn more about the complaint procedure?
